As the youngest Branch Manager within the organization, Hailey is a results-driven professional with a strong knowledge of the Halifax job market. Hailey brings with her a Bachelor of Business Management degree, as well as the highest off the desk perm billings for Canada in 2019 during her first year as a recruiter. She has successfully placed more than 100 permanent placements and many more on contract throughout her time in the industry. Hailey served on the Board of Fusion Halifax as Membership Coordinator (2020-21)

In 2013, he put that knowledge to work, starting his own business in video production and quickly growing to a full-service marketing agency. Today, InTouch Communications Inc., is helping businesses across Canada thrive, and providing employment to Nova Scotians. Karim’s determination, drive, and ability and to see opportunity where others don’t earned him a great deal of respect and recognition in Halifax. In 2016 he was an RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrant, and he was a finalist for Halifax Chamber of Commerce for Business Leader of the Year 2019 and 2020.
