Implementation Project Manager

The Opportunity:

Introhive is looking for a full-time Project Manager to help our team manage onboarding projects for our growing customer base. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the successful candidate will have a track record of successfully leading customer-facing projects to completion and transitioning to steady state operations. It is essential for you to be a team player, customer centric, and excel in managing multiple projects at the same time.

This position can be located remotely anywhere in Canada.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assume end-to-end responsibilities for managing customer onboarding projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to effectively transition and kick-off new customer onboarding.
  • Manage all technical implementation, configuration, and roll-out activities for enterprise-level customers.
  • Act as a single point of contact to manage all communications and coordination of onboarding activities between the customer and internal teams.
  • Take ownership of successfully transitioning the customer to a Customer Success Manager to ensure ongoing success.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are updated with relevant details relating to their projects and present progress on a regular basis.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process by setting expectations and facilitating the required product implementation knowledge.
  • Guide customers through various product use cases and best practices.
  • Work closely across Product Owners, Technical Leads, Sales, and Customer Success teams to successfully enable product functionality and services.
  • Deliver projects according to project management best practices and using an established methodology.
  • Create and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project and ensure documentation is standardized across projects.
  • Contribute to the advancement and improvement of project management practices within the organization.

What You’ve Accomplished:

  • 5+ years of previous experience in managing customer facing projects.
  • Proven track record in managing complex multi-phased software implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in delivering projects through a phase/gate and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in managing both short-term and extended project timelines.
  • Experience in providing project status updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable ability to mentor and guide other team members in project management principle and best practices.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with ITSM tools such as Jira.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with project management tools such as Smartsheet.

Highly Desired:

  • Understanding of and experience in enabling SaaS products for customers.
  • Formal project management certification.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with Salesforce (Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, Reporting, Dashboarding).
  • Experience in collaborating within the sales cycle to position product and services to potential customers.

    Strong written communication skills with the ability to create project documentation and presentations as required.
