Program Management Coordinator – Delivery

Duties will include:

  • Coordinating the development and delivery of contract deliverables for the Program
  • Operations team
  • Overseeing program travel including coordination of customer approvals, budget management, and maintenance of the annual travel plan
  • Preparing and presenting material for weekly team meetings, progress review meetings and program integration team meetings
  • Support the program team with metrics and program status.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

  • College diploma or Bachelor Commerce or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the defence industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to understand new concepts quickly
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment
  • Likes to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is a creative problem-solver
  • Ability to work autonomously.
