  • Expected Business Domain Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum 8 plus years of experience working in a technology environment and 5 plus years of experience in ServiceNow platform as a Business Analyst.
  • Excellent understanding of overall ServiceNow platform and its related applications.
  • Good experience in using business analysis tools techniques to design and capture business requirements and change.
  • Must have Strong engagement, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • A good speaker and influencer with demonstrable experience working in a highly collaborative environment, with focus towards delivering tangible business results
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment with third party suppliers and vendors
  • Nice to have capabilities
  • Awareness of ITILv3 Framework
  • Exposure to working in Agile, SAFe or DevOps environments
