Overview

We are looking for an energetic marketer to be part of the growing product marketing team at one of North America’s fastest-growing tech firms. This is a fun, collaborative, and dynamic role where you will work with great minds, a variety of personalities and skillsets, and learn a lot about tech and marketing. This position can be worked out of our Fredericton, Saint John or Halifax offices.

Responsibilities

The right candidate will be a pivotal part of our focus in building customer cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns. You will work with Sales, Customer Service and your Product Marketing teammates to help define strategy, forecast opportunities and build corresponding plans to address market needs, and help execute programs

Understand the prospect opportunities and existing customer gaps in the product while addressing them with plans to help improve the customer journey and increase engagement with the product

Work with sales to create programs that help educate and convert users to expanding their use of Introhive within their organization

Develop a strong understanding of the product, roadmap, competitors and the overall landscape to help inform the direction of marketing campaigns

Forecast and act on revenue opportunities in your functional area and build the necessary tracking to report on it quarterly

Work with product to build an early adopters program that generates key insights and feedback related to new products to help guide the roadmap

Develop marketing campaigns and sales enablement to educate, drive pipeline and close deals

Work with your Product Marketing team to build a clear outline of the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key milestones and targets for customer experience.

Build communication programs, events, and content that share product development and critical news (ie: external and internal newsletters, draft social media content, etc)

Help build our reputation as the best in category SaaS software company through advocacy, building your personal brand outside in the space, and contributing to thought leadership.

Qualifications

Ability to think creatively to execute on unique campaigns both within and outside of the product standard marketing opportunities

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, and ability to represent the voice of the customer

Enthusiasm for data-driven decisions and analysis, to deliver in a high-growth environment

Willingness to create content for product marketing efforts (draft blog posts, plan and execute joint webinars, manage sponsorships and in-person events (when available), create product content, social, blogs, etc)

Experience in strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns

Influence the overall sales pipeline; assist in the management of the product marketing calendar

Strong skills in prioritization based on company values and revenue-generating initiatives

Work with Senior Managers and Directors on developing and executing the tech stack for the team (eg: Pendo, Mixpanel, Salesforce, Videoask, etc)

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a product-focused organization (a keen understanding of how a marketing team works together and collaborates is a must for this role)

Experience working with SaaS/ with a technology firm would be considered a very strong asset

Strong organization, writing, and storytelling skills

Able to translate complex concepts into easy to understand content and campaigns

Experience working with customers in a SaaS environment

Strong business acumen and ability to develop customer-centric value propositions

Excel at communicating with the team remotely (G-Suite, Slack, Asana, Zoom, email, etc)
