Introhive is looking for a full-time Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Reporting to the Product Management group, this role will be responsible for end-to-end product management for our numerous integrations with external platforms.
The role may require travel to Introhive offices, and customer and partner sites.
Understand competitive offerings, market needs and opportunities and set the product direction for your areas
Collaborate with our customers and the Sales, CSM, Alliances, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to understand new opportunities or use cases, gaps and issues with our current integration product offerings
Work with partners and external vendors and the Alliances team to help evaluate integration opportunities, and act as subject matter expert in those conversations
Maintain a vision and roadmap for your product areas
Work closely with your scrum teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Build close working relationships with Engineering and DevOps to ensure solutions meet our security and infrastructure requirements
Work closely with other members of the Product team and Development leadership to manage cross-cutting epics that have a significant integrations component
Support other members of the Product team when their efforts require integrations work or input
Work with Product Marketing, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Support, Sales Operations and Training to ensure your product offerings, compatibility and rollout requirements are well-understood and documented for both internal and external audiences.
You have a strong technical background, combined with excellent communication skills and business acumen.
You are comfortable working with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, partners, external vendors and customers.
Having a combined experience of 7+ years in Engineering and Product Management, you have, over the course of your career:
Demonstrated a strong focus on customers and their success
Communicated and collaborated effectively with all levels of your organization
Been the subject matter expert for your area, supporting numerous internal and external stakeholders
Been responsible for end to end ownership of a highly technical product area
Experience with CRM and communication platforms is a definite advantage.
