Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, Project Management Office, the Project Coordinator organizes and controls general project tasks for information technology projects. The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the Project Office, responsible for delivering projects of varying size and complexity. This position is also responsible for some aspects of general administration of EIT functional areas and coordination of leased equipment.
The Project Coordinator works out of the EIT Department and reports to Assistant Director, Project Management Office.
Group affiliation for this position is with Bargaining Unit 79. The position is evaluated at a Group 6 (salary range $37,797- $44,769). Collective Agreement can be viewed here.

To be the successful Project Coordinator you will have completed high school plus a two-year formal technical, commercial, or vocational program with current knowledge of technological advances and possess a minimum of two (2) years of related work experience. You must have experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management software, have strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
