The Systems Technical Support will manage and maintain Windows servers, including installation, upgades, backups, user security and active director services, mac and windows device maintenance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Senior System Administrators with maintenance and support of enterprise hardware and software in compliance with our organizations security policies.
  • IT operations scheduled maintenance tasks for backups, diagnostics and faulty equipment repair.
  • Prepares and maintains documentation of hardware structure, printers and processes.
  • Manages Active Directory, MS O365, Service Desk assets, requests and solution library.
  • Maintains knowledge of third-party software tools and hardware vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare solutions.
  • Regularly performs necessary or scheduled patches and updates of Windows and Antivirus environments.
  • Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
  • Manages and maintains data loss protection (DLP) protocols.
  • On-call rotation

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Computer Science Diploma, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Windows and Mac Operating Systems
  • Virtual Desktops
  • Microsoft O365
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Cloud application experience
  • Active Directory experience
