OFFICE MANAGER, NATIONAL PUBLIC RELATIONS
Took the role from front reception to that of Office Manager, improving office processes, IT, accounting,
events, and internal communications. This role included the move of the office to a new location and
providing training on new audio visual and other systems.

OWNER/CONSULTANT, TAZAMARA LTD.
Owned and ran a small event marketing consulting firm. Advised on change management for existing
events with non-profit organizations. Helped structure, run logistics for events as well, and provided
consultation on marketing those events.

EVENT MARKETING MANAGER, T4G LIMITED.
Provided full service event management to our parent company T4G.
 Managed high profile events from all offices including; 2017 Sales Kick Off, Partner
lunch and Learns and meet and greets, Big Data Congress – working with sponsors
 Managed all financial aspects of the events producing cost savings
 Coordinated all venue and catering aspects of events
 Managed event document and digital requirements including white papers, case studies, PowerPoint
presentations, webpages, social media and blog posts

Scheduled the team of 25 across over 20 concurrent projects and accounts. Provided project
management for our not-for-profit clients. As well as event management for our clients from
Tourism, IT, and Big Data verticals.

 Event management for clients – Tourism New Brunswick Experiential event resulting in a viral
video seen by almost one million people, Big Data Congress resulting in increased visibility
spending less to reach more attendees and sponsors.

 Big Data Congress collaborated with internal team to create integrated campaign for the event,
worked with sponsors
